Importing from China
Made simple
Importing from China is the most competitive way to supply your business, but it requires knowing the terrain: reliable suppliers, quality control, certifications, tariffs and international logistics. At YouOversea, we do it for you: you choose the product, we take care of everything else — whether your market is in Europe or Latin America.
How it works
We work as your external import department. You tell us what product you need (or what idea you have), and our team in China locates manufacturers, negotiates terms, verifies the factory and supervises production. Meanwhile, from Spain we coordinate with you at every decision and prepare logistics and destination documentation. You only deal with one contact, in your language, and receive your goods at your warehouse with a single invoice.
Single point of contact
No chasing suppliers, freight forwarders and customs agents: we centralise everything.
No cost surprises
Fixed budget before we start: product, transport, tariffs and taxes.
Continuous communication
We keep you informed at every milestone: samples, production, inspection, shipment and delivery.
Step-by-step process
Feasibility study (24 h)
You tell us your product and quantities. We analyse manufacturers, reference prices, certification requirements and logistics costs, and deliver you a complete simulation of the cost to your warehouse.
Step 1
Supplier & samples (1–3 weeks)
We select and audit the ideal manufacturer. We order samples, send them to you and you validate them before we confirm anything.
Step 2
Production & quality control (depending on product)
We formalise the order and supervise production. Before shipment we carry out a factory inspection with photographic report.
Paso 3
Transport & customs
We ship by the optimal route (sea, air or rail), manage customs clearance at destination and all documentation.
Paso 4
Delivery to your warehouse
You receive your goods where you tell us, in Europe or Latin America, with a single invoice.
Paso 5
Markets: Europe and Latin America
With headquarters in Spain and a team in China, we serve businesses in two major regions: Europe and Latin America. The operations at source are the same; the documentation, taxes and destination logistics we adapt to your country.
Europa
Importing with customs clearance in the European Union and delivery across the continent, peninsulas and islands. We manage VAT, tariffs and CE certification so your goods enter without friction.

Latin America
We coordinate direct shipments from China to the main ports in Latin America, with customs agents at destination and documentation adapted to each country’s regulations.

Frequently asked questions
01 - What is the minimum order for importing with YouOversea?
It depends on the product and the manufacturer. As a reference, imports become profitable from a few thousand euros of goods, but we evaluate each case: tell us yours and we’ll advise you.
02 - How long does an import from China take?
As a guide: 30–40 days sea transit to Europe and 35–50 days to Latin America, plus production time (usually 15–45 days depending on the product). By air, transit is under a week. In your cost study we give you specific timelines.
03 - Can I manufacture under my own brand?
Yes. We manage OEM/ODM production: your logo, your packaging and your specifications. See the “Manufacturing in China” service.
04 - How do I know the supplier is reliable?
We don’t work with unverified suppliers. Our team in China audits the factory (licences, capacity, quality) and delivers you a report before you make any payment.
05 - What if the goods arrive defective?
It’s our job to prevent that: we inspect before shipment and nothing is sent that doesn’t pass control. If there are still issues, we manage them with the manufacturer on your behalf.
06 - Do you handle tariffs and certification?
Yes. We calculate tariffs and taxes in the cost study, process the necessary certifications (CE, RoHS, etc.) and carry out customs clearance at destination.
07 - Do you work with private individuals or only companies?
We work with companies and self-employed individuals of any size: from those making their first import to large distributors.
08 - What does the feasibility study cost?
Nothing. The cost study within 24 h is free and with no obligation.
